What is Urban Sketching?

Urban Sketching is the art of drawing and sketching scenes, places, and people right where you are.

What will I learn in this course?

In this course, you’ll learn the basics of drawing and sketching your surroundings—urban sketching.

What will we cover?

• Choosing a subject • Perspective • Proportions • Drawing people • Various techniques for pencil, colored pencil, watercolor, etc.

This course is a perfect foundation for anyone who wants to learn how to draw quickly and freely, for example, to be able to make sketches on the go or while traveling.
It is designed for beginners, and no prior experience is necessary.
You don’t need to bring any materials—they will be provided.

The urban sketching classes are held outdoors whenever possible.

The price for a 2-hour session is €30; the package of 5 sessions is €120.
